How to post that I am leaving an apartment and my tenant wants to offer it to students?In order to write a publication, you would need to log in in our page. You can find the log in option in the header of the page or by trying to comment or like any post on the forum! Next you go to “Forum”, select subcategory “Rent” and then “Create New Post”. Do not forget to write the following most important things: - Title - Price - Address of property/Location - Size of flat - Floor - Description and features (appliances, furniture...etc.) - Photos - Tenant email for contact (in order for those interested to directly reach the tenant)

Can you explain again how it works for the flats?Yes, it is simple! There are two options: 1. If you are an Esade alumni and have a free apartment or the one in which you have stayed before is now free and the tenant wants to inform other students about this you can just post description of your flat and those interested will contact the tenant via the email provided by you. 2. If you are looking for an apartment, you can post that you are looking for one with a contact information where potential people that are renting can reach you. (Instead of starting a discussion, ask a question!)

Can you explain how it works for the roommates?We are here to help! We provide a list of students who are searching for roommates in the section “Roommates”, all of them from ESADE. You can contact them via the information provided below each post. Also, you can also post if you need a roommate.

Is this platform free?Yes! Our mission is to create a network for students from our university where they can find easily and efficiently connections for flats, roommates and items. Our main benefits of the platform compared to agencies, are that we do not require a commission from the part of the tenant nor the student. “Esade Housing Forum” serves to create the link between renters and students.
